Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during new flavor drops, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $5 on orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed and are estimates only. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Selecting expedited shipping speeds up the carrier transit time but does not eliminate order processing time.
Expedited delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Area
We currently ship Shopify orders within the United States only.
Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact Loaded Tea Friends within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the products and packaging may be requested so we can review the issue and make it right.
For packages showing as delivered but not received, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll help determine the appropriate next steps.
