Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of our products, Loaded Tea Friends does not accept returns or exchanges, including for flavor preference.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the products and packaging may be required. If we made an error or your order was damaged in transit, we'll work with you to make it right.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.
